The Art of Longevity
About us
We used to be the “not a yoga person,” “not a morning person” type — with a sweet tooth and coffee to start the day, followed by wine and dinner with friends in the evening. It felt like the perfect version of a normal life.
But in our 40s, our bodies started to speak louder. We found ourselves facing health issues, extra weight, low energy, and a constant craving for quick dopamine hits.
Now, six years later, everything has shifted.
We’ve discovered a new kind of normal — one where self-care isn’t a trend, but a foundation. Where strength, clarity, and real, lasting energy come from simple, conscious daily choices.
Fun isn’t about quick highs anymore — it’s about what keeps us vibrant, youthful, and deeply happy day after day.
Instead of slowing down, we found our second wind.
We opened two new businesses, shared our journey, and filled our lives with inspiring people — like you.

Max Korneichik
Max Korneichik is a seasoned IT executive with over 26 years of experience in the tech industry. Known for his strategic thinking and calm leadership style, Max has built a successful career leading teams and complex projects in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
His personal journey took a meaningful turn when he struck a gong for the first time at his company’s headquarters — a moment that sparked a deep fascination with sound healing. Since then, Max has studied and practised gong and singing bowl therapy, as well as vibrational massage using Tibetan bowls, bringing a meditative depth to his otherwise analytical world.
A lifelong athlete, Max has explored a wide range of disciplines, including windsurfing, dance, gym training, golf, billiards, and bouldering. In recent years, he has also developed a deep passion for yachting, drawn to the sense of freedom, focus, and connection with nature it provides. He even won a race during the prestigious Cowes Week Regatta on the Isle of Wight, one of the oldest and most renowned sailing events in the world — a testament to his calm focus, strategic thinking, and ability to perform under pressure.
However, it was only at the age of 44 that he discovered yoga and meditation — and immediately recognised their profound benefits. Today, his morning routine includes daily yoga and meditation, helping him maintain mental clarity and inner stability.

Max believes that for any leader, entering the workspace with a balanced and grounded state of mind is essential — not only for personal performance, but also for the well-being of the entire team.
