Hello, my dear
It's Inna speaking, and let me be honest with you.
At almost 46, I’m still learning what truly supports my body — and what doesn’t.
In a world overloaded with information, it's easy to feel overwhelmed and confused about what’s actually healthy.
One day something is a superfood, the next — it’s on the “avoid” list.
It feels like everything we used to eat, do, and believe… just doesn’t work anymore. We don’t know who to trust. And we don’t know how to live differently — without the habits and traditions we’ve grown so used to.
We were living what seemed like a perfectly balanced, “normal” life:
working late, staying up with Netflix (and never getting enough sleep),
eating too much sugar (hello, glucose spikes),
sitting too much (and barely moving enough).
It all felt fine — because everyone around us was doing the same.

But after we turned 40, everything began to shift. Our bodies didn’t feel the same. Our energy faded.
For me, it started with pain — tension in my left shoulder, constant headaches, and a quiet but persistent sense that something just wasn’t right. I saw several doctors, and they all said more or less the same thing: “It’s from working and sitting too much. Menopause is probably on the way. Migraines common in women — we don’t really know what causes them. Just take some painkillers, rest when you can, and try to exercise more.”
But the truth is, I had always gone to the gym. I was already exercising.
And I kept wondering: How am I supposed to do more… if I barely have the energy to get through the day?
I didn’t want to numb the pain — I wanted to understand it.
I truly believed I could help myself.
And I did.

I started reading. Moving. Listening to my body.
I completed my first yoga teacher training (YTT 200), then studied yoga therapy (200), and later finished my YTT 300.
I dove into sound healing, neuroscience, pain physiology, and body reprogramming through a course developed by Plymouth University (NHS).
And here’s what truly surprised me:
The pain wasn’t coming from my shoulder at all — it was rooted in my hip.
Still, one neurologist referred me for a brain MRI. That moment opened my eyes.

It showed me how far modern medicine can be from the root cause of suffering.
Even doctors admit that protocols are outdated — but they’re trapped in a system built on quick fixes the pain: pills and surgeries.
At the same time, emotional marketing continues to shape our beliefs:
Coca-Cola means celebration. Alcohol means joy — especially a really good wine, of course, as we are told.
Sugar is a reward. And pills? Your only rescue.
But real science tells a different story.
A slower, deeper story — where movement, breath, nourishment, and nervous system awareness can truly change everything.

Max’s journey unfolded alongside mine.
As a tall man, he had lived with chronic back pain for most of his life.
Now? He’s forgotten what that pain even felt like.
And then there are my clients.
When we work with the body — not against it — something incredible happens.
Allergies disappear. Long-term pain fades.
Energy returns. Confidence grows.
People feel clear, grounded, and inspired.

For years, we travelled to warm, faraway places to take care of our bodies.
But we’ve always loved England.
And one day, we asked: What if we could live like this every day — right here?
So we created our own Blue Zone.
A home where fresh smoothies nourish the gut.
Where the sound of water soothes the nervous system.
Where yoga, massage, and mindful daily rituals aren’t an escape — but a way of life.
We didn’t build a retreat.
We built a home — the kind we had always longed for.
And we opened its doors to like-minded souls, just like you.
We’re Inna & Max.
This is our story — and we’d love for you to be part of it.
