This is a space for reprogramming the body and mind through movement, rest, learning, and connection. Blending embodied practices with science-based insights, we explore how to live better, longer, and more consciously — together.

Balancyoga House lies within the Kent Downs — an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Rolling hills, ancient woodland and open farmland surround the house — all within walking distance. The air feels noticeably fresher, and life moves at a slower, more natural pace.

A short 10-minute drive brings you to small villages, Michelin-recommended restaurants, refined countryside cafés, historic estates and established golf courses.

Before arrival, each guest receives a private guide with our personal recommendations, making it easy to explore the area comfortably and discreetly.

Here, the quiet feels real.
And time unfolds at its own pace.
