Sometimes a new life begins in the middle of the old one
The art of change
Our story
Inna & Max
One of us wasn't a yoga person. The other wasn't a morning person. Between us — a sweet tooth, coffee to start the day, and wine with friends in the evening. It felt like a perfectly normal life.

Sport had always been part of it. But somewhere in our late thirties, the pace quietly slowed. By forty, the body was keeping score — low energy, extra weight, health issues that crept in without warning.

We needed a different way of living.

2019 became a turning point. We discovered that real vitality doesn't come from pushing harder — it comes from living more consciously. Sleep, food, movement, stillness. Simple choices, compounding over time.

We found our second wind. Opened new businesses, deepened friendships, and surrounded ourselves with people who inspire us.

Balancyoga House is part of that story. And if you're here, perhaps you're at your own turning point too.

Meet Inna
Yoga and sound healing therapist
For more than fifteen years, yoga has been part of Inna's life. Over the past five, she has been sharing it with others.

She came to yoga through her own need for it. What began as a personal search gradually became her method — classes rooted in Hatha and Vinyasa, informed by somatic practice, neuroscience, and CBT, designed not only to stretch the body but to shift something deeper.

She is also a musician. Her sound healing sessions use Full Moon singing bowls, gongs, and bells to bring the nervous system into stillness — a different language for the same work.

Inna teaches at Balancyoga House and online — working with students across the world. People leave her classes feeling different. That is the point.
